Release the Burden

If you continue to add things, pile on, increase pressure. You will eventually pop/break/snap. When you do the damage will not only be to you but everything around you.

Think of a water balloon. They are fun, pretty, meant to be festive or used in a competition. The balloon can hold ounces and ounces of water. However, it has its maximum capacity before it breaks. If it does break, not only is the balloon now damaged but the things around it now have water all over it. Sometimes the water may just spill on the ground or floor. No too much harm there as the water can just be mopped up or will naturally be absorbed and will dry. Then there are other times when the water spills all over paperwork ruining the report. It spills all over the person carrying the balloon potentially ruining the attire they have on. It leaks onto a floor that was not intended to get wet, creating an ugly watermark that may/may not be able to be repaired.

Ask yourself:
What is causing you to carry things and stuff them down without a proper release?
How long before you not only affect yourself and your health but the lives of those around you as well?
What are you carrying?
Who told you to carry it?
If you must carry it, who told you to carry it alone?
You do not have to be the “strong” one. You can ask for help. Help is available. Sometimes you just have to ask. You have been weighed down for far too long. It’s time to unburden yourself. Be Free. Let it Go!
